Mosasaur Pathologically deformed specimens

Finding paleontological examples of pathologies preserved in the fossil record is extremely rare. This factor makes these specimens much more valuable for collectors.

The pathological deformations in mosasaurs and in this place are not common. Still to this day there has been no study to analyze the possible causes of the pathologies suffered by some mosasaur species in the dentition. Examples as these, are extremely rare to find, and of course they are advised for advanced collectors and experts.
